Our client is looking to recruit an Account Manager to undertake the management of specific accounts in the UK market.
The role is to maintain and build business within the current established client base, as well as assume line management of employees, conducting appraisals and managing the team. You will also contribute to process improvement and get involved with first class recruitment and selection activities.
The ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of recruitment and selection experience and have demonstrated team management skills. You must be self motivated and able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of work. Special requirements are that you are willing to work outside normal working hours and be available to travel.
