As part of our targeted growth we are setting up a UK based Global Personal Care Centre of Excellence, bringing together the Application Research and Technical Service (ARTS) and Research and Development teams. We are looking to recruit experienced cosmetic formulation scientists to enhance our ability to grow through responsive customer service and innovation.
Applications Research Manager Ref: 2/DC11F
You will lead, motivate and develop a team of people to build a centre of excellence using on site resources in combination with a broad network of external expertise, which you will develop and sustain. Reporting directly to the European Technical Manager you will be responsible for the development of novel formulation types and the underpinning science behind them. Ideally you will have up to 10 years experience with a track record of delivering innovative cosmetic formulations. Proven supervisory skills are essential.
Applicants must have recent practical experience of formulating cosmetic ingredients into personal care products, with a degree in chemistry or cosmetic science.
